Samsung rf34h9960s4 ice-maker fix

Every few months I have had to manually defrost my ice maker in my Samsung fridge. I even had it “repaired” (which did nothing). But the fix is actually ridiculously simple. You cannot have your refrigerator level. If it’s tilted 2-3 degrees backwards, everything is fine.
